Ms. Letcher holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Science in Education from Alcorn State University.
She has received countless hours of traning in the area of Human Resources from a number of entities. She has served in many capacities at AJFC from Clerk typist, Assistant Bookeeper, and Payroll Officer for 19 years. In 2000, Ms. Letcher was promoted to Human Resource Manager. She is responsible for the Recruitment, training and retention of qualified staff for all of the programs administered by AJFC, Inc.
